There was an earlier thread on this point.

In the UK, the photos will typically be of old buildings and not obvious war 
memorials   Some explanation of the wartime relevance may need to be added 
manually during upload, but a box for the uploader to tick would also be 
extremely helpful.   Otherwise, it will be difficult and in many cases 
impossible for the international team to pull out all of the photos that are 
potentially eligible for the WW1 award.
