I'm german speaking and I'm still confused about the many german templates ;)
If you have an excel it looks for me that you "just" need to create the lists with the german names in it & fr (ie by using http://area23.brightbyte.de/csv2template.php) and then translate it, am I right? I don't think we can find a good solution to autotranslate german proper names. Perhaps you could translate some common names (ie Pfarrkirche <-> Église paroissiale <-> Chiesa Parrocchiale) before you create the lists?
