I have explained the problem + added sources of reports and more.

Nobody has said that your work is not appreciated. In fact I think everyone
appreciate your work, including me. We are very happy that you have created the
new system of upload campaigns. But that doesn't mean you can't make mistakes,
and it doesn't mean everything is fully thought through. If I make a mistake I
can't hide behind all the other work that went well. I am very much
disappointed in your reaction. You do not take the problems seriously.

Also you point to your documentation, but in your documentation I haven't read
about this new idea you came up with, only perhaps between the lines which are
very easy interpreted differently. And as I said before, the idea is fine, the
location to put it is worse.

I protest now as I have seen the problems we had in 2012 and 2011, and we do
not want to happen again (as that is not solved).

Very welcoming, Romaine :) I'm sure my work is well
 appreciated. Also
 who is 'we'?
