I just updated the code of the tool to support querying a category daily to update the photos of a round with new uploaded photos. Still doesn't address renaming/deletion but should be usable enough to start scoring next week. The implementation is based on cron jobs. If you do not know what that means it is probably not important because we are hosting most of the tools in Labs and we can take care of that configuration, yet it is useful to know that if your local team wants to try this feature of the tool.
