We usually organise an action to use pictures from WLM right after the contest in order to keep uploaders with us. This is also a kind of contest with some small gifts for people who will use the highest number of pictures. Our tables we filled with pictures mainly atuomatically using bot, and the wikipedian were only asked to check the bot work and fix bugs.
