1) Create accounts on this site for every jury member: http://wlm.wmflabs.org/cz/register/
2) Then you will see this registered accounts (e-mail addresses) on the admin page: http://wlm.wmflabs.org/cz/admin/3 3) and you can add the jury members to the round (Add selected jurors, after you selected them).
