Hello all, If you can remember the 2013 edition, the same will be it this year. I am in charge to have the CentralNotice banner and the upload wizards working. It is not planned to be active for wiki's, it doesn't work that way. In general about the CentralNotice: It is not possible to set this for single projects only, but can only be set for specific countries, the type of projects, the language of the user, if the users is logged in or not, and what device is used. The settings for Wiki Loves Monuments are: all devices, both logged in and not logged in, the participating countries, above projects Wikipedia, Commons and Meta, and only in the languages which have a translation for the banner. So far I know there is no planned central notification message going out at the end of the competition. If such is wanted or needed, such can be discussed the best during September, after the start of the contest. Nothing is planned either for the participants of 2013 at the start of this year.
