Hello Emilio, Ireland started earlier at 23 August. Mexico is not in the list of participating countries, so does not take part. I removed the Wiki Loves Monuments template from the two pictures from Mexico. In the table of the countries, the last column shows a link Details which links to the deactivated Toolserver.
