Hi Marteen, I understand how difficult and tiring is the grant process and then the reporting. Lodewijk, me and Cristian have gone through this in 2013 and I also believe you had gone through this in 2012 and it killed all of us; or atleast I can talk for myself.
Still, I don't believe if we will need a different team just for grant; maybe what we can do is we can have a little more team members and we can have 4-5 members exclusively focused on grant and reporting and then at other fronts. Yan, 10 members team will be exactly as I had said earlier; too many cooks will spoil the food. May be we can look at 7 members team. 2013 international team were perfect; yes it was challenging though (again I'm talking for myself; others may have different persoonal opinion).
