I added the Netherlands to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2015/Participating_countries I noted that there is still very little infrastructure, and nobody has indicated they want to join the international team yet. I definitely hope this quickly changes, otherwise we'll end up with a lot of chaos again.
