How many jurors do you have?
I can give split images in portion(1),  portion(2) .. portion(n)
and give them to jurors so each portion will be rated by separate j jurors
If j is 2 then "in selection rounds, when an image was approved (or
rejected) by at least 2 jurors, don't show it to further jurors;" will
become unneeded (only 2 jurors per portion anyway)
