Hi, It's not published in a perfect way because the jury report is still under production. I didn't want to wait for that to be finalized before announcing the winners - I had the feeling that people wanted to hear that sooner. The report is coming up, but there are also real life priorities that take precedence.
Also, if anyone wants to help the international team with communications (blogging, facebooking, twittering, but also communications with the national teams): this is typically a thing nobody likes to do very much, because you usually get only criticism. So I'm confident that volunteers would be welcome!
