Hi,

the target audience would be heritage (monuments) professionals and
volunteers. So what we would probably want to transfer, is enthusiasm for
free knowledge, for collaborating with online movements, for sharing
information. So it would be especially nice to share a story, I think. Not
so much describing the whole competition, but taking out one aspect, and
telling a narrative. In Italy, I suspect the story about how all the
government institutions came together to work around silly legislation
would be a great story. The size of Russia and the travelling involved
might make a nice story too. I'm a little less convinced that the 'making
our own lists' would come across well, but I don't know enough about that.

Yaroslav's suggestion for taking 'we have covered everything' might work
too, in several countries. In the Netherlands, I could imagine a story
about collecting the municipal lists (this involved calling them all, and
collecting and converting them one by one).

What other stories do you know about, that we could share?

Best,
Lodewijk
