This can work, and will give us enough flexibility to adapt that new page
(Note to self: if we go with this option, we should make sure that there is
a clear/visible link that the person can use to get to
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2016_winners as
viewing the top 10 photos of every country will be a nice experience for
many people, too.)
