Have you zoomed until a "very close" level?
Cause I see monuments in Italy starting from a sub-regional level.

This requires to add monuments to Wikidata:
The "go to the map" link shows no monument at all. Nothing on Ireland,
nothing on Latvia... whereas browsing differently, they are included.
