I think the images that you see there before the form settings load, is all images that have been uploaded using that wizard. This wizard is the same as the one used in previous years. Maybe this is intentional, maybe not - but it shouldn't harm. For correct numbers, please use https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2017_in_the_Netherlands and the stats tools like https://tools.wmflabs.org/wlm-stats/ and https://tools.wmflabs.org/wikiloves/
