Hi Athikhun, The number of times a country has participated was not a factor in my design any way. I'd initially checked the local page <https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2017_in_Thailand> but it seemed that the competition in Thailand still uses the original English. Also on this page: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1353202 there is no translation to local language for Thailand. That's why you don't see Wiki Loves Monuments in Thai. If you want please add it to the page for future reference.
At this point we can no longer make further changes since the final design is already sent to the printing house but I'm planning to create the same design for interested local competitions, where they can replace the center "Wiki Loves Monuments" in large font with their own language. Once we are done with the tshirts I will send out an announcement to see who wants the design in their local language.
