New version up at File:Participating_Countries_WLM_2018.svg <https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Participating_Countries_WLM_2018.svg>. I tried to keep it as similar as possible to the old one but the base map is different since it is a bit more detailed.
Easiest way to update it is actually to open the file in a simple text editor, scroll down to "/* Enter WLM data here */" and add the ISO_3166 <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166> code of the new country to the ones listed already.
