Hi I have a question can we somehow include photograph of monuments of those countries who are either not participating in wiki loves monuments this year or they don't have a community which can handle?, like recently I visited to Mauritius and click some UNESCO rated monuments, can I upload these photographs under Wiki loves competition or say for a suggestion can non participating countries photograph which I already mentioned that don't have sufficient Wiki community can we include those countries monument photograph and some volunteers can do the formalities of declaring winners of like we can say winners of non participating countries category.
