Hi John, I understand the request. Given the timing and that everyone is busy organizing and the lack of response here, I don't expect that this will happen in the next 24 hours. Based on past years, I get the impression it takes you usually about a week to get in touch with UNESCO, so that would put us already well beyond the deadline.
Hence my suggestion to just try with what we have. Having a landing page in Russian but then all links to non-Russian pages could also be argued to be somewhat misleading.
