Hello I need clarification about adding manual tags. As I understand it, if a monument is recognised as an official monument in my country, but we don't have the latest updates in our lists, then the user can add a tag manually. Is this correct?
A user has already done this for this photo and wants to know if this is correct: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Kvæsthusgraven_København_2019_08_04_d.jpg Can someone confirm that this looks OK? I assume that manual tagging means you upload a photo to Commons like you normally would do. Then you go back in and add a tag.
