Dear all,

Thank you so much for your suggestions and advice, I really appreciate it.

I've been trying to use OpenRefine by following the tutorial that was
posted, but I seem to be having some difficulties and I'm not entirely sure
where I'm going wrong. Nicolas - perhaps I can write to you off-list to
discuss this a little further? I don't want to take too much of your time,
but any pointers you could give me would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Neville
