could you add a note to that effect in the table ("conditional that the
health situation permits it" or something like that)?
The reasoning seems sane. Note that under current WMF rules, you cannot
organize any gathering of people, anyway (the WMF has not yet relaxed these
rules and is not transparent on the process when this may happen -
unfortunately).
