My name is Zulfadli and I am a Wikimedia Commons user

interested to organise Wiki Loves Monuments 2021 (WLM 2021) for the first time
for Brunei. Therefore, I would like to seek your assistance on how I can
initiate in organising this event.
For now, my objective is to have Brunei listed in one of the participating
countries in WLM 2021. However, I am unsure through what channel I can make
this happen (i.e. for Brunei to be listed).
Just a brief background about myself, among the Wikimedia projects I am most
active on English and Malay Wikipedias. I have been a user

April 2011 and as of 15 July 2021 I have made 3,272 edits. On Malay Wikipedia,
I have been a user <https://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pengguna:Zulfadli51> since 24
October 2012 and as of 15 July 2021 I have made 9,909 edits. I am also an admin
<https://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Penyelia/Senarai_penyelia> on Malay
Wikipedia since 13 May 2018. I have attended
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/ESEAP_Conference_2018/Participants> ESEAP
Conference 2018 in Bali, Indonesia as a non-affiliated community member.
I am mostly interested in improving Brunei-related contents. My personal aim is
to improve encyclopedic coverage on Brunei through various Wikimedia projects,
in particular Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons.
