Because of how everything interweaves, that template is usually only edited by Romaine.
The start and end time for Malta on that template look just fine to me and haven't changed in the past week or so. If you want to change the start/end time, the way to go about it, is to make the change in the list of participating countries: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2021/Participating_countries And if need be, ping Romaine. I dont know why Jarekt has created the /dates template? It seems to be a 2015 attempt to arrive at a different structure, and to the best of my knowledge isn't used anywhere. I would suggest to delete it to avoid confusions like this one. finally, much appreciate the changes made afterwards, but i would recommend to use the same system that the templates use, which is to include the template {{Wiki Loves Monuments 2021|mt}} rather than the category by itself. That maintains consistency.
