I would love us to document a bit more what some best practices are here (answering questions like: who are the partners, what is the outreach mechanisms, what are some safeguards you built in and how did you technically set up the two separate flows of uploads), but also update some recommendations on a mobile exhibition (which is a broader use case). But this is more for when you are past the big bulk of work :) I don't know if many countries have the resources to mimic your efforts here, but if a local organizer also happens to have the right contacts, they may want to make good use of your experiences here!
