Hi all, The WLM international team is still in the process of merging our WLM-i financial administration with Wikimedia Austria's, following the proposa <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants_talk:Programs/Wikimedia_Community_Fund/Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2022-23_International_Coordination_and_Prizes/Midpoint_Report>l we brought to you in January last year.
I'd like to ask you to review and bring forward your comments and concerns for the proposed Memorandum of Understanding between us and the Austrian chapter, who has been our fiscal sponsor for several years now. By merging our administrations, most of the logistical work, such as grant applications and accounting, will be covered by the chapter, freeing up time for the volunteers in our team to focus on other WLM-related topics. The MoU aims to formalize the agreement and put in writing preconditions and limitations for cooperation.
