I applied for my passport on 27th June and received it on 29th. It usually takes a month and a half, but it pays to have contacts in the Ministry of External Affairs. ^_^ Applied for visa a few days ago, got it done through a representative, he mailed the confirmed visa next day via airmail. Mission Accomplished. Hope to see you all in Taiwan.
