I appreciate the input from everyone here regarding the convenient time for
everyone.
That was really helpful to see who's interested to attend and  what might be
an obstacle for them.
for the very next meeting, I think we should stick to the 18:00 decided and
have a wiki page with all possible suitable timings for most people and then
decide upon it the next meeting time. Either 15:00 or 16:00 UTC is fine, we
can a comparison page as I said on wiki and see what's best for most people.
meanwhile, I think like Phoebe said, what we need more is discussions over
the mailing list and wiki pages, that would give better results in my
opinion, but we must have meetings from time to time online and in real life
as here in Alexandria.

Meeting on Thursday will be as announced at 18:00 UTC just to avoid
confusion :)
log will be available once finished and minutes will be posted here so that
everybody can get what happened there.
