Of course this all depends on the audience you have, as a bidding team, in mind :) I totally agree with Filip and Phoebe, but I also think that for instance if a bidding team thinks the audience they would like to target is better available by then, it is fair enough to adjust the time frame to that.But well, that is just my opinion, you'll better have a damn good reason and explanation if you move outside the begin july/mid august scope :)
