Thanks for sending us the program schedule. However, there's a trip to Festiwal
Rzeźby z Piasku (Przymorze) in the schedule. DO you mind what that is in
English? I tried Googling it but the results were all in Polish.

Just a suggestion, maybe it'll help to inform the attendees the time of the
first and last sessions, first, ahead of the schedule release as they'll have
to finalize their accommodation and travel details.

I am not sure if there is a consensus on the terminology. The two pdf
files you references are a template, not a program. Is there any
chance to get to see where the actual talks are scheduled right now?
