3. Strong agree. You don't go to the airport to receive someone unless they
tell you their flight number, do you? ;P Without the flight number, you can
be waiting at the wrong gate, or even the wrong terminal! Contrary to what
Lodewijk sees, I think it is necessary to ask for the flight number and
doing so doesn't give the false impression that the reception team will
proactively help solve immigration and customs problems.

2. Yes, you guys are the first ever Wikimania local team to have announced
in advance what you'd do if there's a terrorist attack.
