We definitely understand concerns surrounding privacy issues vs security issues, particularly in the US, and we want to accommodate all attendees who wish to keep their real names off their badges. We'll be looking into security requirements, but, for now, the established status quo of providing either your real name, user name, or both is still in place. I'm hoping that doesn't have to change.
