You have to become a member first (25 dollar for a month) and then you can
ride 30 minutes for free and pay quite significantly after that. See
http://www.capitalbikeshare.com/pricing . Quite disappointing for Dutch
standards, but have seen worse - it is clearly focused on people taking
very short rides of up to an hour. Other Bike rentals seem to cost about
