Hello all, I wanted to say a big thank you (THANK YOU!) to those GLAM Night Out volunteers -many who volunteered in the final hour- to help greet at the door and register attendees. Your help is very appreciated and you were invaluable to the event!
Thank you to all who were able to make it, and I'm sorry to the many who made the trip to the Newseum and were not able to get in. I regret that this was the case, and I do wish that we could have had everyone be able to come inside. I truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. I hope that everyone still otherwise had a pleasant evening, either at the Happy Hour or elsewhere, and I apologize again for those who were unable to register. Also, thanks to WM:DC, particularly Nicholas and Katie, who were so gracious in letting us tack on this (unofficial) event and for coming by the Newseum as well.
