http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/hkvisas.htm ) it says pretty clearly to use
*Chinese* embassies and missions. So Hong Kong probably doesn't have
their own. I haven't clicked your visahq link yet but it doesn't sound
like a particularly reliable source.
