Sure it exists, it is my daily work and bread and butter.
I just feel like I am already sponsoring enough free hosting for a lot
of chapters.
Fortunately WMCH and WMAT picked up now and started hosting their own
servers with me - but still, these are single servers used for many
different purposes. But cheap, sure (100 EUR / month on a cloud
infrastructure).
