Hi Stephan, I spoke with the organisers this morning about this.
21:00 is a very good plan, I did the same calculations. Guess it proves they're good ;-) According to my calculation we will have 1,5 h extra time (for traffic jams or whatever). I've been told that we might need to cabs because of the luggage. One cab ride was estimated to 300 - 400 HKD. We should order a cab from Shek O once we are there - for some reason the organiser say that it's better than ordering it now during the day and arrange the time 21:00 at the beach.
