That's great news! I am glad, actually, that the decision to remove partial scholarships has finally been made. As a former scholarship recipient, I can tell that they weren't quite helpful, at least not in their current amount. If someone can't already pay the expenses himself, then 50% of flight tickets shouldn't make that difference. It would be nice if it was reconsidered in the following years to return the partial scholarships but with some improvement to cover more expenses, for example 100% of travel costs.
