Hi all, When looking for the dates that registration would open for Wikimania 2014, I was surprised to be asked at: https://wikimania2014.wikimedia.org/wiki/Registration to join a separate mailing list to be informed when registration will open, at: https://tinyletter.com/WikimaniaLondon Is there a reason why tinyletter (who apparently have something to do with mailchimp?) are being used for this, rather than this mailing list, or another Wikimedia-hosted list? Also, please could it be made clearer that subscribing to this mailing list passes personal information on to third parties?
