Hi Asaf, I couldn't see anything on their site about whether they allow photography, but we have a few images on commons <https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Charles_Dickens_Museum?uselang=en-gb> so they have allowed some photographers in the past. The category is Charles Dickens Museum.
