Hi Daniel! Although there are many Infinitum hotspots, the only ways of using them are:
1) with phone service 2) in some but not all public spaces (mostly the big public parks), or 3) being a customer at several establishments (some coffee shops, restaurants and such). I don't recall any kind of prepaid Internet access to Telmex's WiFi, but I can check in a few hours.
