Lunches: Buffet lunches are provided each day. If you are vegan or gluten free, please talk to a server who can provide you with a special meal. There will be options for vegetarians at the buffet. Social Activities, please note the following changes and consult: Thursday, July 17 6-8 p.m. Don Diego 1-2: The Welcome Reception will be serving a Mexican buffet with beer, wine and refreshments. Friday evening. All optional social activities are being held at the same time. Reception at the Museo Soumaya will be from 8-10 p.m. Buses will start departing Hilton at 7:00 p.m, and start returning at 10:00 p.m. Group photo will be taken at 9:00 pm. Sunday, July 19. After the closing session, there will be a get together from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Terraza Lounge of the Hilton. Starting at 8:00 pm. the closing party will be held at the Laboratorio Arte Alameda which is close walking distance from the Hilton.
