Dear Wikimania participants, Eight weeks ago, around 200 people met in Berlin for the Wikimedia Conference. You can find the documentation of the conference on Meta.[1]
Our approach for the Wikimedia Conference is to carry the thematic conversations and conference strands throughout the year instead of organizing one-shot events. This is why we introduced the role of the Program and Engagement Coordinator. Wikimania is a perfect place to follow-up on the process and conversations and we invite all interested participants – no matter if you attended WMCON or not – to join us for the “WMCON Follow-Up Day” on Thursday, June 23. At this event, you will find the opportunity to discuss five different topics. For each topic we will have around 90 min, which should be sufficient to discuss details and lay the ground for further steps. The Follow-Up Day will take place in the “Gym Palace”, the biggest hall/room in the western part of the village.
