Current EC is the full body of the chapter, that's right. But it is also the interim body, that means it will be in duty only until we finish our local legal registration and call the first General Body meeting to elect new EC members. That news states things perfectly IMO as it says, "উইকিমিডিয়া ফাউন্ডেশনের অনুমোদিত চ্যাপ্টার উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশের আঞ্চলিক রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করার জন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানটির গঠণতন্ত্র অনুযায়ী এর অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন নির্বাহী পরিষদ গঠন করা হয়েছে।" The word "অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন" refers to "interim".
