Sorry for duplicate reply. I choose a open and public place because our general people dont know about our activities. So if want to inform them then public and open place is a better idea.
14th April will be a busy day so I think uf the date is changed it will be helpful. If we inform about the meetup in community blogs and forums it will be a lot helpful.
