It sounds like the Contributors event is coming together nicely. WMBD is a great case study of how our operator partnerships can support the movement when there is a talented local community. I hope good results come out of it all.
It would be terrific if some of the iGeniuses become passionate volunteers for the Bangla Wikipedia. Do you want to track these new volunteers as a cohort and see how actively they contribute over time? WMF has a tool for doing this, you just need to get the list of usernames, with permission to track activity. We will send you the tracking info asap. And I will ask Victor (WMF storyteller) if he knows of a good general video about Wikipedia. Ingrid and I had hoped to support you with some giveaway for the participants, but we ran out of time to allow for shipping (with possible customs delays).
