So do we hold the big meeting the week before the Wikimedia Conference so that if we move towards incorporation at the annual meeting, Pharos can bring news of our desire to Milan, or do we hold it the week afterward and have Pharos read us in about what happened in Milan? :)
In all seriousness, I worry that students might be too close to finals by April 27th, which would dent the attendee numbers. I therefore vote for April 13th. Also, once we do decide on a date, we should invite James (user:harej) from the DC chapter, and let WALRUS and our event partners from the last year's GLAM stuff know.
