It is our goal to speak with WMF about getting access to the sub domain.
 However, the organization needs to set up a web site and the easiest way to
do that at this point is to use our own domain.  I know there are members on
the list that have expressed some control over certain appropriate domain
names, I just cannot recall who they were.
