Hi Pine,

We are fine with you combining the food costs with other start-up costs for
the group in a grant request. However, considering the short timeline, you
would not get the funds until after the event. It you would like to submit
a request, I would encourage you to do so early this week. Then the GAC/WMF
could make a decision by early next week. How many folks do you have signed
up already?

Cheers,

Alex
